Vision trio called up by Ghana

Three Vision players have been invited to participate in the pre-selection exercise for the Ghana U-20 male team

Goalkeeper William E. Essu, defender Ali Mohammed and midfielder Salim Yusif Giabo are part of the first batch of seventy players for the exercise supervised by coach Karim Zito and his technical team ahead of their WAFU ‘B’ U-20 qualification tournament to be staged in Togo later this year.

Essu and Ali were very instrumental for manager Prince Owusu’s side in the truncated 2019/20 league season.

Giabo, on the other hand, played a key role during his time with the Ghana Black Starlets last year.

The trio is expected to report to camp at the GFA Technical Centre at noon on Friday.
