The team is motivated for Accra Lions game – Mensah.

Forward Joseph Mensah says his outfit is motivated ahead of Saturday’s league opener against Accra Lions FC. The Amrahia based side face the Lions at home in a matchday one encounter and will look forward to picking the maximum points in their bid to maintain the hundred percent win record on season openers.

Mensah, ahead of tomorrow’s tie says he and his teammates are well prepared for the game and are poised to start the season on a high with a win. “The spirit has been high, we’ve had good training sessions this week – we the players are happy with the training sessions. We are really happy with the way things are going.” He told visionfc.org

“We’ve made sure that the spirit in the camp is high, we’ve made sure that we’re free and don’t have anything to think about- all we need to do is to play.”

“We are motivated in so many areas and so as far as the game of soccer is concerned, all we need to do is to go on the field of play and deliver,” Mensah added. Saturday’s encounter will kick-off at 3 p.m. and it will be the first time in almost two years since they last met in the competition.
