Vision duo Joseph Mensah and Benjamin Aloma have both been called up to partake in the pre-selection exercise for the Ghana national U-20 men’s team
The Eewo pair are among the second batch of players invited by coach Karim Zito and his technical team for the exercise as they prepare to assemble a team ahead of the WAFU ‘B’ U-20 qualification tournament to be staged in Togo later this year.
Aloma was very instrumental for Vision during the scrapped 2019/20 league season featuring eleven times in all competitions.
Mensah, meanwhile, clocked a few successes with his role as a super-sub winning two penalties in separate games- thanks to his pace.
The duo, therefore, becomes the fourth and fifth players of the club to earn call ups to the national side after Ali Mohammed, Salim Giabo Yussif and goalkeeper William E. Essu.
As announced on the Ghana FA’s website, the invited players are expected in camp at the GFA Technical Centre Sunday at 12:00 noon prompt.
